Paul brings to The RockStar group over 20 years experience of starting, developing and managing IT software and service companies. Paul is passionate about entrepreneurism and the application of new technology.

He joined the R&D division of Digital Equipment in 1984 as an engineer. From there he joined Citibank to implement large dealer networks prior to Big Bang. In 1987 he cofounded Cabltel, a Consultancy and Network System Integrator. The business grew to become ENE a £25m T/O Network Integrator, ENE was acquired by The Attachmate Group.

In 1995 Paul cofounded System Management Partners an IT Services company delivering remote network, server and desktop services across Europe, this business was acquired by Fox IT in 1999. Paul left Fox in 2001 after a successful handover of the business he then pursued several UK start-ups in software and services.

Paul currently was asked back to Fox IT by the Private Equity Partner post some divisional divestment to reconstruct the business strategy and drive its growth and eventual sale.
