The SME Mentoring packages provide two different options regarding rhe number of hours of mentoring you require each month.
Option 1: 12 hours per month:
- 12 hours of face to face time each month with your chosen mentor: These hours are usually split into 2 by 6 hour sessions (2 days a month). The objective of this package is for the mentor to agree with the business owner in the first meeting, an outcome to be achieved for the time they are together (typically 12 months - but time frames can be flexible). For example: “to increase sales profit by 30%” it is then in these sessions that these objectives for the business are worked on by mentor and business owner to achieve them.
- Mentees also have access to their mentor by phone and email in between face to face sessions.
- A separate 3 hour group mentoring session with other SME mentees each month. Conducted usually in Rockstar Groups Knightsbridge office, it allows SME owners to network and gain insight from other business owners at the same level in a comfortable and confidential environment. The session is also hosted by a different Rockstar mentor each month which allows you to gain insight from more than just one mentor.
- Free membership to exclusive concierge company, Total Access. As a time poor business owner, Total Access at no charge will take care of all of your necessary client needs. From dinner and holiday reservations, to offering you exclusive VIP access to some of the most sort after events, such as the Monaco Grand Prix and the Cartier Polo – to name a few.
- Free Access to all of Rockstar’s monthly events Nationwide hosted by a different mentor each month. These events are designed purely around giving business owners unique insights on topics such as private funding, driving sales growth and getting ready to sell your business. They are held in the early evenings typically on the last Thursday of every month and are interactable.
TOTAL MENTORING HOURS: 15 hours per month (not including phone and email)
Package Price £2750 plus VAT per month OR £27,500 plus Vat (12 months for the price of 10) if one pays up front.

As mentoring is a very personal business, we would like to to firstly invite you to our office (or for us to come to you) to discuss your requirements in more detail. We would also like to assist you in appointing the most appropriate mentor and discuss the time frames you would like to have your mentor for: To organise this initial meeting (or phone conference) please contact Alma Roux (alma@rockstargroup.co.uk) who is the head of mentoring for the group or call the switchboard on 0845 652 2905 and ask to speak to Alma Roux.
