As a management consultant for over 20 years Eric has assisted the success of over 200 organisations. These have covered a broad range of sectors and have varied in size from British Airways to start-ups. Building on his degrees in economics, architecture and MBA from London Business School, his consultancy Schneider + Partners, specialises in
(a) providing a creative approach to strategy development,
(b) helping organisations make optimum use of their creative resources - including their employees and
(c) advisingenterprises in the creative sectors.
Eric works with teams as well as on a one to one basis with individuals and is passionate about developing creative thinking, innovation and entrepreneurialism. He gets a real kick out of seeing his clients succeed.
Eric’s mentoring style is empathetic, supportive and robust, bringing to bear the full range of his experience in an approach that is holistic, goal driven and pragmatic.
In addition to his consultancy and mentoring activities Eric has acted as a client design advisor and as a consultant creative director to a property development company. To keep his creative juices flowing, he also continues to undertake selective architectural design projects and photographic commissions of people and places.
