Introduction
RS Investment Property is an Independent Property Sourcing Company that offers both our investor clients and our owner occupier client’s properties to buy that are specifically catered to what each of our clients are looking for. This unique sourcing system works by firstly understanding the type of property (properties) and areas our clients wish to focus on through a detailed face to face meeting. Then through our own sourcing agents, we analyse and begin negotiation on the best property deals that are available in that area and then offer the client a short list of properties catered specifically to their needs. Our clients can then choose from the short list their most preferred property (properties).

RS Investment Property work on a NO PROPERTY NO FEE basis which means no fees are charged to any of our clients until the property contracts have been agreed to and exchanged between our clients and the sellers. The fees are based on the discounted purchase price not the market value of the property so it is our interest to get the best possible discount for our clients. As an owner managed business, our commitment to catering specifically to each client personally is second to none. Through our own investor experience we work on our clients behalf to get the best properties for them at the best possible price.
We separate our clients into two categories, Investors and Owner Occupiers.

 Investors are those clients who are looking purely for properties that can give them passive cash flow and / or long term capital growth. In the current UK property market it is extremely important to use the expertise of our professional investors to find the right type of properties and the right areas that will deliver the returns that our clients are looking for.

Our owner occupier clients are those who are looking for a property that they themselves are looking to live in. This is very much an emotional investment and that is why our professional sourcing agents give our clients a range of properties for you to choose from, catered to the size, location and type of property which can be achieved based on their budget.
