Rockstar Group Participation Agreement

First of all, a big warm welcome to Rockstar!
We look forward to work with you on this exciting journey.

Members can choose from the following 3 one-to-one mentoring programmes:
1) SME business membership at either £2750 OR £1997 plus VAT per month.
2) Established business membership at £497 OR £1250 plus VAT per month,
3) Start-up business membership at £347 plus VAT per month.

Members have the ability to upgrade their membership at any time upon their joining date. Members should choose the package suited to them based on their current business size (SME, Established or Start Up).
Members are encouraged to undertake a 12 month mentoring period with minimum timeframe of 6 months. The main reason for this is members and mentors need to give themselves enough time to achieve the goals that have been agreed to. Any time frame (unless it is for specific cirmumstances) less than 6 months is too short a time period to acheive the desired results.

After the 6 month mentoring period, your mentor and Alma Roux (Rockstar Mentoring Manager), will conduct a thorough review on the progression made up to date, after which a recommendation will be handed to you (the mentee) to decide if you (the mentee) want to continue on the mentoring programme, or not.

After the 6 month period, you (the mentee) might choose from the following options:
1) You may wish to complete your recommended 12 month mentoring period
2) You may wish to upgrade your membership after 6 month period depending if you (your business) requires more hours per month from your mentor
3) You may wish to transfer mentors, depending on your (the business’) needs after the 6 month period.
4) You may choose a combination of the above.
5) You may wish to terminate your membership after the 6 month period.

Rockstar encourages you (the mentee) to give constructive feedback, via email, to your mentor and Alma Roux, at the end of each calendar month. Rockstar also expect its mentors to operate on the same basis. This is to everyone’s benefit as it is vital that Rockstar receives monthly feedback from both its mentors, and mentees, to keep track of progression made on the mentee’s business, month by month. It also ensures your (the mentee’s) overall business growth are aligned with your business objectives over a particular time period. Please email Alma Roux at: alma@rockstargroup.co.uk and your personal mentor, at the end of each month, to ensure we (Rockstar) receive regular feedback on your experience with your mentor each month.

Please know it’s vital that you (the mentee) complete upon your full mentoring hours each month, unless otherwise discussed with your mentor, and Alma Roux. If you (the mentee) has made a monthly payment towards Rockstar, and you are not able to meet your mentor in that particular calendar month, and you have failed to notify your mentor and Rockstar, you will not be allowed to “roll-over” your hours to the next month, or any other months to follow. Rockstar endeavours to ensure that its mentees (you) and mentors meet on monthly basis, as we know that’s when maximum growth occurs in business.

Monthly payments for the mentoring programme are to be made via direct debit each month, on the same date as your original date of joining The Rockstar Group. If your (the mentee’s) direct debit fails on that date Rockstar will then attempt to obtain the payment 5 days later of the same month. Failure to make payments will result in a third party debt collection agency to obtain those outstanding membership fees. However, this is a situation which Rockstar and you (the mentee) wish to avoid at all times and therefore, Rockstar will always try to deal with the situation in an amicable matter with yourself (the mentee), should you have failed to make payment. Rockstar will attempt to contact members and resolve any payment issues beforehand.

Please know it is the responsibility of the mentee to arrange monthly face-to-face / phone / Skype meetings with their mentor. The mentor is not obliged to chase the mentee to meet with them. We encourage mentees & their mentors to agree a fixed date & time for their monthly meetings, at least 2 weeks in advance. Meetings are usually held at the mentor’s offices, or a venue easily accessible for both the mentor and mentee. Please know you are welcome to use our Rockstar premises by notifying us at least 2 weeks in advance.

In the case where the mentee and mentor have agreed a fixed date and time of a mentoring session in any particular calendar month, and for some reason the mentee is not able to attend that arranged meeting anymore, the mentee is then rasked to give 2 weeks notice in advance to both their mentor and Rockstar. As the mentee is responsible for setting these appointments, the mentee can ofcourse try and reschedule their meeting in the same month and benefit from the mentoring. However, Should 2 weeks prior notification not be given, and the mentor cannot do another time in that month, then the member shall still be charged the monthly membership fee despite no mentoring session having taken place. Please understand your mentor also have other responsibilities & duties to fulfill in their own business(es), and therefore, we kindly ask you (the mentee) to notify Rockstar AND your mentor with sufficient time in advance.

Please know members cannot put their memberships "on-hold" at any given time, as this breaks momentum between the mentor and mentee. Rockstar will only allow “on-hold” periods due to severe medical conditions, and/or if the mentee, or mentor are traveling for a period of time. Please know Rockstar requires proof of evidence in both cases. If valid proof is not provided, Rockstar hold the right to still charge for that month.

Cancellations: If a member requests to cancel their membership at anytime, Rockstar will ask the member to explain fully why they would like to cancel. As long as the reasons for cancelling are valid, Rockstar will allow this to take place but will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the MONTHLY membership the member is currently paying.
